Technical Project Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, QA, and business units to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, UI/UX, and Business. Gather and document project requirements. Track project progress, risks, and dependencies. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations. Maintain project documentation and reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience managing software development projects. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus. Experience in SaaS, web applications, or enterprise software projects. Understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
