Recruiment Specialist
1. HR Information and Records Management
• Oversee and manage associate data in the HR Information System (Smart HCM), ensuring it’s consistently accurate, up-to-date, and complies with company standards.
• Supervise the maintenance and filing of associate personal records, including employment, compensation, health benefits, and personal details.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests related to ID creation and associate access management.
2. Associate Documentation and Verification
• Lead the preparation, issuance, and management of all necessary documentation for new hires, including contracts, onboarding forms, and policies.
• Oversee the seamless onboarding process by collaborating with relevant departments to ensure timely document submission and processing for new employees.
• Coordinate the issuance of Associate ID badges and manage related administrative processes.
• Handle background verification requests for former employees and assist with bank verification processes.
3. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Drive recruitment efforts, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Prepare offer letters, negotiate terms, and onboard selected candidates.
• Ensure seamless communication between hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor the status of hiring and provide regular updates to HR leadership regarding recruitment pipelines.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance talent acquisition strategies and improve the overall candidate experience.
4. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring confidentiality and a fair approach when resolving grievances.
• Assist in the implementation of employee engagement activities that align with company values and culture.
5. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll-related tasks, including attendance verification, overtime, and leave balances.
• Support benefits administration, including medical, dental, insurance, and other employee perks.
6. Administrative & Policy Implementation Support
• Coordinate HR meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on key action items.
• Support HR policy enforcement by ensuring smooth communication of new or updated policies to all associates.
